Well our guild is a mix of hardcore and casual players for both pve and pvp so we prefer to have a good mix of stable players who don't flip-flop from game to game unless the whole guild goes.

We tend to draw a very respectable and older crowd and don't tolerate immature players or cheaters.

First and foremost we are a very strict guild about our rules so we have made a republic, which consists of myself as the founder and few others as co-founders with a smaller council of officers. These people will vote on all for guild and regular members do not get a vote but we do listen to their concerns.

The management of our guild has been around for 4 years and all are very well respected by the members and have a lot of experience in professional duties.
